F5IT has recently developed a portal for customers to access (customer area), with the aim of overcoming some communication issues and obtaining documents.

This portal, with direct access through the F5IT website, allows customers to access a menu where they can consult their current account, invoices and their status, activity reports and tickets. This solution turns possible to access information in a simpler and more automatic way, and customers can create different users with different access/view permissions. This portal also allows users to download some documents (invoices), create tickets, monitor activity by projects, etc. – reducing time spent in emails and phone calls asking for this information .

It should be noted that all the portal’s features are interconnected with Sage X3 and, despite the solution being a F5IT product for our customers, it is already being developed for implementation in customers, so they can create their own portal and offer this solution to their respective customers.
