HOW IT WORKS

 1st STEP – Send/Upload documents
  • Personalized email per customer/facility;
  • Through the X3.

2nd STEP – Data collection
  • X3 function to collect all documents, indicating document dates/status;
  • Automatic import through daily routine;
  • Generated a new record in X3 for each imported document (data in the correct fields);
  • Each record can be treated according to its origin.
