What does this add-on do?
Sage X3 Automations, to make the most of your system and optimize your time.
This add-on developed by F5IT adds a parameterization functionality that allows users to define the name of the .pdf file generated after printing a report to a preview destination.
With this add-on, it is possible to indicate to Sage X3 to generate the .pdf file with the invoice document code, for example: Invoice no. PT03212-FCL-00000010.pdf or PT03212-FCL-00000010.pdf or any other name specified by the client.
After installing the add-on, it is only necessary to create the parameterization records in the function available on the Sage X3 dashboard.
For example, according to the standard behavior, Sage X3 generates the .pdf file with the report code, for example: SBONFACP.pdf.
With this add-on, it is possible to indicate to Sage X3 to generate the .pdf file with the invoice document code, for example: Invoice no. PT03212-FCL-00000010.pdf or PT03212-FCL-00000010.pdf or any other name specified by the client.
After installing the add-on, it is only necessary to create the parameterization records in the function available on the Sage X3 dashboard.
