9. Cookies, analytical and traffic data

Cookies are small text files that are transferred from our websites, applications, or services and stored on your device. We use cookies to help us provide you with a personalized service and improve our websites, applications, and services for you. Our cookies can be session cookies (temporary cookies that identify and track users on our websites, applications, or services and are deleted when you close your browser or leave your session in the application or service) or persistent cookies (cookies that allow our websites, applications, or services to "remember" who you are and your preferences on our websites, applications, or services, and remain on your computer or device after you close your browser or leave your session in the application or service). We use the following different types of cookies:

Strictly necessary cookies

These are cookies that are necessary for the correct functioning of our websites, applications or services. For example, these cookies allow you to access protected areas of our website and remember what you have placed in your shopping basket.

Performance cookies and analytics technologies

These cookies collect information about how our visitors and users use our websites, applications, and services, for example, the functionality that users use most frequently and whether they receive error messages from areas of the websites, applications, or services. These cookies do not collect information that identifies a visitor or user. All information collected by these cookies is aggregated and therefore anonymous. We only use these cookies to improve the functioning of our websites, applications, and services.

Functionality cookies

These cookies allow our websites, applications, and services to remember your choices (such as your username, language, or region) and provide enhanced, more personalized features. These cookies may also be used to remember changes you have made to the size and font type, and other characteristics of web pages that you can customize. They may also be used to provide the services you have requested. The information collected by these cookies may be anonymized; however, they are unable to track your browsing activity on other websites.

Targeting and advertising cookies

These cookies are used to display ads that are most relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an ad, as well as to help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign. They are usually introduced by advertising networks, with the permission of the website operators. They remember what you have visited on a website, and this information is shared with other organizations, such as advertisers. Targeting and advertising cookies are often associated with the functioning of a website provided by another organization.

Web beacons and parameter tracking

We also use cookies and similar software known as web beacons to track users who have visited our website after clicking on one of our advertisements on another website or in email messages, and to gather information about products or services purchased. These web beacons collect limited information that does not allow for the identification of specific individuals. It is not possible to refuse the use of web beacons. However, since they are used in conjunction with cookies, you can effectively disable them by adjusting your browser settings to restrict or block cookies.

IP address and traffic data

We keep a record of traffic data automatically recorded by our servers, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, information about your device, the website you visited before ours, and the website you visit after leaving our site. We also collect some website, application, and service statistics, such as access rates, page visits, and page views. We are unable to identify any individual from traffic data or website statistics.

Learn more about the individual cookies and analytics technologies we use.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of the websites, applications, or services (including your IP address) will be transmitted to Google in the United States, where it is stored on servers. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating our use of the websites, applications, or services, compiling reports on website activity for website operators, and providing other services related to website activity and internet usage.
