500+ FM and Maintenance leaders gathered in Lisbon to discuss the future of the industry at another IFM Summit. On February 22nd, F5IT was present as an official partner at the IFM Summit Lisbon 2024.
The event took place at Pátio da Galé and was attended by over 500 FM and Maintenance leaders who came together to discuss the future of the industry.
The IFM Summit Lisbon is one of the events that make up the Intelligence for Maintenance Tour, a global initiative by the IFM Community and Infraspeak, aimed at bringing together professionals in Facility Management and Maintenance to discuss the future of the industry and the challenges that come with it.
This year's focus was on the talent gap in the industry, sharing strategies for employee retention, and the role of technology in increasing team performance.
Throughout the day, guests had the opportunity to attend various lectures, success stories, and a panel filled with industry experts.
The event also featured multiple networking opportunities and a trade show with technological partners, with the goal of showcasing solutions that, combined with the Infraspeak platform, can efficiently transform operations and businesses.
